简要规则描述：本工程范围内的：塘红路现有1根DN150给水管在灶泓港小桥东侧架空过河，该管道在河道开挖范围内，故采用非开挖定向穿越(拖拉管)方式予以改接;灶泓港北岸东西向有1根DN100给水管在河道开挖范围内，拟采用直埋敷设将该管向北搬迁至河道陆域控制带内;灶泓港南岸东西向有1根DN50给水管在河道开挖范围内，拟采用直埋敷设将该管向北南搬迁至河道陆域控制带内;川南奉公路西侧DN500桥管两侧的DN300排水管埋地敷设，影响河道打护岸桩，故先拆除该排水管，等护岸桩施工完成后再按原管位复原，排至规划河口线;腰沟河西侧有1根南北向DN150给水管在河道开挖范围内，故采用非开挖定向穿越(拖拉管)方式予以改接。本次搬迁为一次性搬迁，无临时搬迁。（具体详见工程量清单或图纸）

It is planned to be directly buried and relocated northward to the land control zone of the river channel; There is one DN50 water supply pipe running east-west on the south bank of Zaohong Port within the excavation range of the river channel.
